Nation-Wide Shipping in Canada
We ship nation-wide within Canada. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or courier standard service and include tracking information with email notifications.
Note:Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations designated by Canada Post as "Air Stage Locations." Our Customer Service Representative will contact you if extra charges are required.
Flat Rate Shipping
A $10 flat shipping fee will be applied to all orders.

Next-Day Shipping
We offer next-business-day express shipping for a flat fee of $23. Some conditions apply:

Processing Time
Orders placed before 3PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by location within Canada and are estimated as follows:

Additional Shipping Options
We provide next-business-day delivery through other carriers for a flat fee of $23. This option is available at checkout or by contacting our Customer Service Representative for assistance.
Shipping to the USA
We ship to the United States for a flat fee of $20. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.
Shipping Notes
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for unforeseen delays caused by the carrier. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery before contacting us regarding lost packages.
If your package has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact our Customer Service Representative to file a claim.
