Defective Products

For any defective items, including compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges, toners, and drum units, customers are eligible for a return within 24 months.

• We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the defective product to our warehouse.
• Upon receiving the item, we will either ship a replacement at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund upon request.

Unopened Products

For unopened items, including compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges, toners, and drum units, we offer a 30-day refund policy:

• Customers will receive a full refund.
• A prepaid return label will be provided to facilitate the return process.

Please note: This policy does not apply if the customer has ordered the wrong item.
